Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the mobile game MERGARD: Endless Siege (“Game”), operated by Glyph, represented by Nguyen Quy Cong (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Game

The Game is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:

• exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized modifications

• reverse engineer or interfere with the Game’s services

• use the Game for unlawful purposes

2. Accounts and Authentication

You may play the Game without creating an account.
Some features (such as cloud save or account linking) may require authentication through Google Play Games or email login.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

3. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases of virtual items or currency.

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

• Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to their payment policies.

• Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund rules.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time.

4. Advertisements

The Game may display third-party advertisements.
Advertising partners may use device identifiers (such as advertising ID) to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
By using the Game, you agree to the data practices described in that policy.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, financial, or security purposes.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update or modify the Game and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• loss of progress or virtual items

• service interruptions

• indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful or abusive behavior.
